Ralph Higgo began to educate South Africans regarding the medicinal benefits of using Medical Cannabis in 2013. Although Cannabis is still illegal in South Africa he continues to push for legalisation and create awareness about the Medicinal use of Cannabis. Thousands of South Africans are busy self-medicating with Cannabis products so education is key at this moment in time.
