Biography
Vanita has 33 years’ experience valuing businesses, including cannabis businesses since 2014. Vanita provides valuation services for a variety of purposes including shareholder disputes and dissolution, divorce, IP valuation and royalty rate setting, purchase price allocation for financial reporting, estate planning and tax compliance, fairness opinions, and other projects.
