"Although the G Pen Pro does what it sets out to do, it’s really nothing to get that excited about. The vaporizer essentially holds the same set of pros and cons as we outlined for its predecessor, the G Pro Herbal vaporizer. On one hand, the unit’s extended battery life, discrete design, and cheap price tag of $99.95 are strong selling points for someone looking to vape on the go. On the other hand, the G Pen Pro’s fast-clogging mouthpiece, inferior construction materials, and lackluster draws of vapor leave much more to be desired, especially for daily users."

"It’s better than the original G-Pro, but that isn’t a very high bar to exceed. I’m not exactly sure why people are getting so excited about this. I can already hear people complaining that I’m not being fair because the G Pen Pro is so much cheaper. That’s true, it may be a good deal for $100. But at the same time a unit like the Utillian 420 retails for $10 less, features a glass mouthpiece and digital display. 2 features that have been severely lacking in Grenco’s budget units. So while the G-Pen Pro may be better priced it still does not offer the best features in that price range."

"The G Pen Pro performed surprisingly well for its size and price point. The flavor and vapor quality were better than most vapes in its class, and very similar to the ELITE’s (which retails for $150). The G Pen was quick to heat up, and produced a nice amount of visible vapor. The draw resistance was minimal, meaning that pulling through the G Pen was easy and felt natural. While the vapor quality is not comparable to more expensive units such as the Crafty, Pax, or Firefly, it definitely passed (especially considering that the G Pen is a third of the price) as above average."

"The G Pen Pro is excellent for beginners because of its convenience, ease of use, and portability. Even more experienced users will enjoy it immensely. However, if you like the taste of your weed, and you want to taste it consistently with each hit, the G Pen Pro might disappoint. The silicone mouthpiece is a major drawback in that regard. For medical patients, the pen is efficient and effective in mitigating pain. For recreational users, getting lifted is no problem. The G Pen Pro hits the mark in both cases. For portability, the G Pen Pro is also ideal; newbies and connoisseurs alike will enjoy taking discreet hits nearly anywhere. However, for connoisseurs who put stock in vapor, G Pen Pro might disappoint."
