In most states you must be at least 18 to be a legal medical marijuana patient, however minors can become patients with the consent of a parent or guardian. If possible, it is best to have both parents in agreement for this line of medical therapy. It is also a good idea to agree on a plan as to how to monitor and evaluate use or to identify any misuse.
