Most known for their chocolate peanut butter CannaChex, CANServe is an infused product company located in the bay area. By taking their ingredients very seriously, the CANServe team certainly strives to provide healthy edible options for medical marijuana patients throughout the state of California.
All CANServe products are vegan and utilize cannabinoid infused coconut oil instead of canna-butter or infused hash oil. Additionally, you won’t be finding any gluten, dairy or high-fructose corn syrup anywhere near the CANServe list of ingredients, making their products an instant-favorite among even the most health-conscious patients.
All CANServe Edibles Are Gluten & Dairy Free
The CannaChex line currently includes a variety of flavors including Chocolate Peanut Butter, The Elvis (a sweeter mix), Mint Chocolate, and more. All CANServe products are batched up and lab tested by CannaVest, a California-based cannabis testing facility. CANServe tests their product to ensure all plant materials are safe for consumption, as well as check the infused oil’s cannabinoid content for dosing accuracy.
The Elvis and chocolate peanut butter lines of CannaChex both include peanuts and soy plant, so if you happen to be allergic to either of these ingredients, you definitely will want to avoid these flavors and try the Mint Chocolate flavor instead.
There Is ~51mg of CBD In Each CannaChex Package
With a 32:1 CBD to THC ratio, medical marijuana patients in search of a high-CBD edible may have found a new snack to add to their arsenal. This ratio equates to roughly 51mg of CBD (Cannabidiol) and just 1.6mg of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) in each pack of CannaChex.
So what is the perfect ratio of cannabinoids to look for in infused edibles? It’s still very much debatable, but I personally believe in the power of the entourage effect and typically look for a more even ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 CBD to THC — but again, that’s just my opinion based on my own research.
Since there is barely any THC in each flavor of CannaChex, I experienced very little to no psychoactive effects what-so-ever. Although, I will say that I was impressed by how quickly I felt a difference in my overall mood and stomach strength. I felt like I could generally focus better and experienced much less anxiety than I was dealing with before consuming the snack.
After about four to five hours, I did end up getting very tired and had a good 8 hour REM sleep. I’m not sure if this was due to the edible or just my uneven and deprived sleep schedule catching up to me. Needless to say, I have to try more CBD heavy edibles to pin-point what feelings were most noticeable.
Due to having limited access to high CBD plants and infused products until just recently, my experience with CBD is a much different story than THC. This makes the CannaChex one of the trickiest edible reviews I have had to do in a while… so please take my advice about CBD heavy products with a grain of salt. What I do know is the CannaChex line by CANServe certainly tastes good and had nothing but positive effects. I look forward to trying their vegan Granola Bites.
