Washington DC, 18 States, and Counting… Currently there are eighteen (18) states where medical marijuana is legal, not including the District of Columbia (DC). “2012 was easily the most productive year in the history of marijuana reform. It’s only a matter of time before the rest of the country catches on.” Colorado and Washington have, as you probably know, completely legalized cannabis, and are also included in the number. However, this number does not reflect the states that have decriminalized the drug, which include: Nebraska, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, and New York. With all the …

During my many stays in the beautiful city of Amsterdam, I have visited just about every “coffee shop” there is. I’ve tried so many strains and special brownies that I’ve officially lost count. However, it is safe to say… I am in completely in love with the city of Amsterdam. I have become infatuated with the bustling streets, “frites (fries) mit samurai sauce,” and an occasional whiff of Cheese, White Widow, or the native Dutch Treat seeping …
Marijuana and the Workplace: A Budding Controversy

The exemptions section of the New Mexico medicinal marijuana measure states that a registered marijuana patient can’t be arrested or subject to “penalty in ANY manner,” for using medicinal marijuana. Whether losing your job is considered a “penalty,” remains subject …
