Founded in 2004, the Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC) is a group of physicians and allied professionals dedicated to conducting quality medical cannabis research, to ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all research subjects, and to maintaining the highest quality of standards and risk management. They provide high quality cannabis education to clinicians, caretakers, and patients. The Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC) was formed as a project of the California Cannabis Research Medical Group (CCRMG). Clinician members agree to voluntary practice standards for recommending and approving cannabis for patients under state medical laws. UF4A boasts a network of professionals that includes Jeffrey Raber (The Werc Shop), Aaron Justis (Buds & Roses Collective), Dr. Robert Melamede, and Kyle Kushman among others.
